What are the proper rules for the use of this word?
Are there any rules?
And if there are, why are there rules?

I have loved you from the day I gave myself to you. Yet I have waited till now to tell you. Hoping and praying you felt the same. Maybe you do maybe you dont. I'm tired of being scared to say them. I do love you with all that I am and ever will be. There will always be a you and me but what I want to know is will there ever be a WE?
